GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Check-in/Check-out/ Late Check-out Policy: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Should you require an early check-in, it will be subject to availability. Late Check-out is Subject to availability. Between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, a 50% room rate charge applies; after 6:00 PM, one full night's rate will be charged.
Cancellation & No-show Policy: Rather than cancellations, you can request to change your reservation dates (subject to availability) for an additional fee. This request must be made at least 3 days in advance for individual bookings and 15 days for group bookings. One Room Night (per room booking) will be charged if Cancelled at a later time than the mentioned period. In case of any No-show, one night’s room rate will be chargeable.
Airport Transfer: 500 BDT per person, per way, for airport pick-up/drop.
Billing: Bills must be settled upon check-out unless the guest/company has a credit agreement with the hotel. Authorized instructions are required for corporate credit agreements.
Photo Identity: Kindly present a Government Approved NID or Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.
Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages. Due to safety and hygienic concern, no outside food or beverages or pets will be allowed into the hotel premise.
Confirmation of Reservation: 50% booking money in advance is required to confirm your booking. No booking is guaranteed without advance.
Child Policy: Up to 2 Children aged below 7 Years can stay in the same room & enjoy Complimentary Breakfast.
Hotel’s Rules and Regulations will be applicable at all time and might change anytime without prior notice.
